HR Operations Coordinator - Employee Documentation– 6822
Our client is a specialist biotherapeutics manufacturer with over a century of experience treating various diseases worldwide. They are committed to patients with coagulation disorders, immunological diseases, enzyme deficiency diseases and other rare diseases.
Our client is current looking for an experienced HR Operations Coordinator - Employee Documentation for 8 months contract to be working from Bern, Switzerland
Main Responsibilities:
- Filing of documents, including electronic ones (e.g., personnel files)
- Drafting standard correspondence or correspondence according to specifications, in German and English;
- Drafting interim certificates and employment references in German and English
- Sending the assessment link
- Contacting employees, managers and/or HR business partners as needed
- Creation of the certificate in SwissPlus/Escriba
- Researching employee data and history to supplement references
- Obtaining signatures with Docusign
- Sending certificates to employees
- Correspondence with stakeholders (managers, HR business partners, etc.) and monitoring of the reference letter process; conducting research
- Updating presentations according to specifications; planning, monitoring, and coordinating appointments.
- Assisting with the creation of standard reports (e.g., KPIs, statistics)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative roles or HR assistant roles.
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
