As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating one or more projects by supervising technical team leaders and engineers.
- Managing and identifying any potential new risks.
- Managing a test facility for vehicles and a team of experts in functional testing.
- Delivering projects on quality, on time and on budget by planning and organizing resources and people (including workload distribution).
- Managing business relationships both with our company and the client.
- Monitoring different activities within the projects, drafting and delivering specific reports (skill matrix/key performance indicators, progress monitoring).
To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:
- Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Electronics &Telecommunications, Computer Science).
- Previous relevant experience within electric/electronic architecture for vehicles, functional validation for ADAS, Powertrain, and Infotainment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading roles/team management.
- Solid technical background in Automotive.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Project management skills: planning, reporting, leading technical meetings, and client interface.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
- An advanced level of English is required (French or German could be a plus).
