Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and continuously improve CI/CD processes
• Deploy, operate, and maintain applications in OpenShift (OCP) environments
• Support and improve source code management workflows using Bitbucket
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Jenkins pipelines
• Execute GitOps-based release processes using ArgoCD
• Manage Nexus repositories and artifact lifecycle processes
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines with security and quality tools such as Fortify, SonarQube, and SmartCheck
• Enhance automation processes through scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.)
• Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Contribute to change management, incident management, and root cause analysis activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, system engineering, or software development roles
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins (GitLab CI experience is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Nexus
• Experience integrating security and code quality tools such as Fortify, SonarQube, and SmartCheck
• Solid knowledge of container technologies including Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
• Strong Linux system administration skills
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating within cross-functional teams
