Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Vertex AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to join our team supporting client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with cutting-edge AI frameworks and deployment tools, with these skills clearly reflected on their CV. This role will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and optimizing advanced ML and GenAI solutions to support large-scale innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and monitor machine learning models using Vertex AI.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows using tools such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Integrate generative AI frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native ML components.
• Ensure model performance, safety, compliance, explainability, and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in machine learning; 1–2 years in Generative AI applications.
• Strong proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proven experience with Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and Feature Store.
• Advanced Python programming skills, including experience with FastAPI, model pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of ML lifecycle, cloud architecture, and production deployment best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.

Nice to Have

• GCP Machine Learning Engineer Certification.
• Formal training or certifications in Generative AI / GenAI.
• Experience with cloud-based MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and containerized deployments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
