We are looking for a Customer Order & Project Manager to be joining our team.

This role is based on site in Sincan-Ankara.

In this role, you will be responsible for post order process of obtained Engineered to Order assignments in line with applicable procedures and guidelines so that timely delivery can take place in accordance with order and customer expectations.

The Order Management department manages ATO (Assemble to Order) and ETO (Engineering to Order) orders for the Energy Solutions & Services (ESS) Business Unit products.

In this role, you will supervise multiple ETO orders simultaneously in different stages of execution, as well as ensuring orders are fully on track and are hitting their KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and assess incoming sales orders for technical feasibility, cost efficiency, delivery timelines, and compliance with commercial and payment conditions.
  • Collaborate and negotiate solutions for challenges or deviations with dealers, distributors, and direct customers, ensuring alignment with authorization frameworks.
  • Analyze detailed order data and specifications and determine required resources—man-hours and materials—using experience, calculations, and support from Engineering.
  • Transform order data into clear technical documentation for Production and define outsourcing steps in partnership with Procurement.
  • Prepare and coordinate order planning, kick-off reports, and technical documentation, fostering teamwork and engaging third-party partners when needed.
  • Align and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Assembly, Logistics, Engineering, Planning) under the guidance of local leadership.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth progress across operational sub-processes, taking corrective actions when necessary to maintain timelines and quality.
  • Manage changes during execution—whether reducing or adding scope—using calculation tools (Bid Manager) and commercial-technical insights in consultation with customers and partners.
  • Organize and oversee customer visits for factory and site acceptance tests (FAT & SAT), ensuring a positive experience and successful outcomes.
  • Plan and coordinate site activities in collaboration with Field Service teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and tasks, contributing to efficiency and excellence.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Electrical and Electronic, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering – required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical engineering sales, marketing/product marketing, or technical support.
  • Technical understanding of Low and Medium Voltage systems and transformers is preferred.
  • Excellent project management, commercial, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, communication, and time management abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in an international, culturally diverse, and matrix-based organization.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach a team, manage workload distribution, and report on team activities effectively.
  • Proficiency in English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
