We are currently seeking Corporate Motor Placement Executives with proven, hands-on experience in UAE corporate motor insurance (mandatory requirement). This backend role is pivotal in ensuring accurate quotations, seamless coordination with insurers, and strong internal support to the Sales Team, enabling us to deliver outstanding service to corporate motor clients.



Key Responsibilities

Quotations & Placement Support

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations that align with placement strategy for each corporate motor insurance inquiry.
  • Navigate insurer portals efficiently to generate, compare, and procure terms.
  • Ensure quotations and policy terms are delivered to the Sales Team in a prompt and professional manner.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Maintain trackers, reports, and policy documentation as per workflow processes.
  • Prepare and organize client-ready documentation for the Sales Team.
  • Support Sales Team with renewals, reporting, and maintaining internal client files.

Client Information Management

  • Collect, review, and verify client information and documentation through coordination with the Sales Team.
  • Ensure all submissions meet underwriting and regulatory requirements before handover.
  • Assign and update leads in the system as per workflow requirements.

Internal Support & Post-Sales Coordination

  • Support the Sales Team with application procedures and policy issuance after confirmation.
  • Coordinate with insurers and the Sales Team on endorsements, renewals, and related processes.
  • Ensure transparent, compliant, and client-ready documentation is maintained at all times.
  • Note: This is not a direct client-facing role; it provides backend operational and administrative support to the Sales Team.



Desired Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in corporate motor insurance within the UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of motor insurance placement, underwriting requirements, and policy issuance processes.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in insurer portals and CRM systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/other languages an asset).
  • Attention to detail in eligibility checks and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines.

Personality Traits

  • Process-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable team player with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with Sales and Placement Teams.
