Position: Senior React Native Developer

Location: Onsite (Preferred: Abu Dhabi or Client Location)

Experience: 12+ years total, 8+ years in React Native

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer who can take full ownership of end-to-end mobile application development for both iOS and Android. This role will lead the mobile engineering stream, oversee offshore contributors, drive technical design, ensure code quality, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and manage delivery until final release on App Store and Play Store.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Mobile Delivery

• Architect, design, and develop mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
• Own the full release lifecycle—from local development to build packaging, signing, and publishing to App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android).
• Manage App Store Connect and Google Play Console processes, including provisioning profiles, certificates, and release notes.

Technical Leadership

• Lead onsite development activities and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality maintainable code.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, release documentation, and architecture diagrams.

CI/CD & DevOps

• Set up and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines using tools such as App Center, Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Oversee automated testing, build automation, and deployment pipelines.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to align delivery schedules.
• Define sprint tasks, estimate workloads, and ensure timely release.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize mobile performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux/MobX.
• Native module integration experience (Swift/Objective-C, Java/Kotlin is a plus).
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns and responsive design.
• Expertise in publishing apps to iOS & Android stores.
• Experience with REST APIs/GraphQL, authentication, push notifications, and offline storage.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
