The Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with hands-on experience building AI-powered interfaces, particularly chatbots, agent-driven workflows, and streaming LLM experiences.

This role is frontend-heavy. You will own the design and implementation of UI components for a multi-agent AI platform, including conversational interfaces, agent state visualization, and real-time interaction patterns. You will work closely with backend and AI engineers, but your primary focus is translating AI capabilities into intuitive, production-ready user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship LLM-powered chatbot and agent interfaces using React and modern frontend frameworks
• Design and implement streaming, event-driven UIs for AI agents (token streaming, tool calls, agent states)
• Own frontend architecture for AI-first products, including reusable components and scalable UI patterns
• Integrate frontend applications with AI backends (LLMs, agent orchestration layers, RAG pipelines)
• Translate complex AI behaviors into clear, usable user experiences
• Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and reliability for real-time AI interactions
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI/backend engineers to iterate quickly
• Uphold high standards for code quality, maintainability, and testing in a fast-moving AI environment

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and modern TypeScript-based frontend stacks
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered UIs, especially:
• Chatbot or conversational interfaces
• LLM-integrated applications
• Streaming or real-time interfaces
• Experience integrating frontend with AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Solid understanding of frontend–backend interaction patterns in AI systems (state, latency, retries)
• Ability to independently take AI-driven features from concept to production
• Strong communication skills and product ownership mindset

Strongly Preferred

• Experience working with AI agents, tool-calling flows, or multi-step LLM workflows
• Familiarity with RAG-based UI patterns (search, citations, context panels)
• Experience visualizing agent state, reasoning steps, or tool execution in the UI
• Built or shipped a production LLM chatbot or copilot
• Experience in AI-first or fast-iteration product environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with .NET-based backends
• Familiarity with WebSockets, SSE, or streaming APIs
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience building internal tools or developer-facing AI products
