Software Engineer

We're working with an incredibly well-funded scale-up company in Leuven, actively searching for a talented Software Engineer to join their technical team. Specializing in AI-powered SaaS applications, their platform is transforming how HR and recruitment businesses operate, delivering successful results for high-end European customers.

You should be comfortable operating in React and TypeScript, skills in Node.js, Nest.js and Next.js would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Work closely with colleagues to design and implement new features, improving the platform’s performance.
• Write clean and efficient code.
• Explore and implement the latest JavaScript frameworks and libraries to keep the platform at the leading edge of the industry.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategies to support company growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in React, TypeScript, and Node.js development.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Next.js, Nest.js, or other modern JavaScript technologies is a significant plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or higher in an IT-related field.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a major plus.
