Job Responsibilities

Provide development for RPA bots that adhere to the established architecture compliance, interface design & the RPA development lifecycle program governance and framework.
Identify automation opportunities of processes and work with business teams to develop RPA robots
Provide troubleshooting support to ensure that bots are working as per business expectation in the RPA platform.
Able to understand user/business requirements to complete robust technical solutions and development
Use of Agile delivery methods during building of RPA bots
Develop and deliver Bots as based on delivery schedules and timelines
Conduct problem investigation and root cause analysis on bots’ performance
Proactive and provide quick turnaround to business requirements and delivery requests
Ensure that all required development documentation for bots are created and updated at all times
Assist the CoE RPA Head in the management of the RPA program, meeting development timelines and schedules with business stakeholders
Assist the CoE RPA Head to drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to achieve organizational goals
Open to learning new technologies and tools that may be used as part of the development of an automation project. (Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio etc.)

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET 4.x and higher Framework (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework or Hibernate)/Java Development/PHP Development
Minimum 2 years of experience in scripting skills and knowledge of RPA tools (Automation Anywhere is preferred)
Must possess a positive attitude, have an eye for details, work collaboratively with teams, proactive and resourceful, and communicates well in both spoken and written English

Other Prerequisites

Technical hands on experience especially scripting skills
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax, Jquery, XML
Should have knowledge or working experience with database like Sql Server

Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
