• Undertake road geometry design and traffic assessments.
• Perform civil and structural design, analysis, and assessment for roads, taxiways, runways, and pavements.
• Apply sound knowledge in foundations, structures, excavations, earth retaining structures, slopes, roads, drains, sewers, bridges, buildings, and related infrastructure.
• Plan, design, supervise, and coordinate civil engineering and infrastructural design works, including site execution.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with statutory standards, regulations, and relevant Codes of Practice.
• Liaise effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Support the Team Leader in maintaining high standards of design and supervision.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior engineers and site staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of design experience in road and/or airport engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of LTA, PUB, NParks, FAA, and ICAO requirements, as well as structural and geotechnical design in accordance with Eurocodes.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, OpenRoad, FAARFIELD, APSDS, Sidra, Vissim, SWMM, and others.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements and project management processes for civil/infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Experience in C&S design; knowledge of Python would be an advantage.
