About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer Lead to join our dynamic design team. As the lead designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the user experience and interface design of our products, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives. This is a leadership role that requires at least 7 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of designers, setting the vision for user experience and user interface design across multiple platforms. Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance team environment.
• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. Translate user feedback into actionable design strategies.
• Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile platforms. Ensure all designs are user-centered, intuitive, and align with brand standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product. Collaborate with product managers to define features and user flows.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• UX Optimization: Continuously optimize the UX design based on analytics, user feedback, and testing to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.
• Experience with interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead a design team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
