Job Purpose:

The Associate, Digital Marketing supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels. The role focuses on content execution, campaign coordination, performance tracking, and digital platform management to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, websites, and paid media.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing assets.
  • Support campaign launches, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.


Content & Channel Management:

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across digital platforms in line with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and digital assets as required.
  • Support social media management, including posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify insights and recommendations to improve digital performance.


Digital Platforms & Tools:

  • Support the use and management of digital marketing tools such as CMS, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Assist with SEO, SEM, and paid digital initiatives in coordination with internal or external specialists.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital touchpoints.


Brand & Compliance:

  • Ensure all digital communications align with brand standards and organizational guidelines.
  • Support compliance with digital policies, data privacy, and platform best practices.


Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in content creation, ideally within a corporate or agency environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
