We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Piping for Qatar to lead and manage piping projects within Refineries, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer plants, including Shutdowns, Turnarounds, Fabrication, and Piping construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of piping projects in line with project objectives.
- Manage piping works related to shutdowns, turnarounds, fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; ensure adherence to timelines and cost controls.
- Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in contracting companies engaged in Piping works for Refineries, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer projects.
- Strong experience in Shutdowns, Turnarounds, Fabrication, and Piping construction projects.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with exposure to large-scale industrial projects.
- Sound knowledge of piping codes, standards, project controls, and HSE practices.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
