What You'll Do
You’ll be part of HR Shared Services Team supporting the Middle East (UAE, KSA & Qatar) HR Team with HR administrative support in Teaming@BCG Process. As HR Assistant will be working closely with the Teaming@BCG teams.
Teaming@BCG is a strategic function originally designed and launched in 2005 for all consulting staff. Its ambition is to enable high-performing teams to consistently deliver superior case experience, supporting BCG's broader EVP. To do so, it deploys experienced senior consultants (Project Leaders, Principals, Partners) as coaches to facilitate project team discussions and actions, optimizing Value Focus, Team Trust, Growth Mindset & Sustainability. In the Middle East, Teaming is led by a team of 3 permanent BSTers (Director and Senior Managers), 4 rotating coaches (PPPLs), and an MDSP. ME is also currently expanding Teaming to all of BST.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Teaming survey administration and reporting (~60%)
- Set up, manage, modify, and cancel surveys as required.
- Prepare weekly survey reporting for survey review by team
- Generate monthly Teaming matrix
- Update Teaming Tableau Dashboard
- Generate report of survey participation rate and follow-up
- Liaise with Staffing to identify new cases and changes
- General support of team of coaches (~40%)
- Administer Teaming mailbox
- Support onboarding and offboarding of rotating Teaming coaches
- Schedule case connects, 1on1s and other key meetings
- Support travel booking for permanent coaches
- Support expenses management for permanent coaches
- Operational support
- Coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and priorities
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work on reporting, including preparing trackers, dashboards, and status updates using Excel or similar tools
- Maintain and update records, trackers, and documentation in a structured and timely manner
- Follow up on action items, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure smooth operational flow

What You'll Bring
- Relevant administrative experience of up to 2 years preferably in a professional services firm
- Strong scheduling and calendar management skills,
- Experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative role is highly desirable, given the exposure to stakeholder management and operational support
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Advanced level computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to use data-based systems and report running
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests
- Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills and an empathetic nature
- Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential
- You have a positive attitude and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality

- You are highly motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and ad hoc requirements
- You have very strong verbal communication skills, fluency in English
- You have an eye for detail in keeping all platforms/tools updated accurately
- Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests

- A relevant bachelor's degree
- Working experience Is a plus
