Quick Note About Compensation

This role works on a revenue-share basis, not a fixed monthly salary.

We are a small but growing studio and tech company building both SaaS products and PC games. Our collaboration model is intentionally simple and transparent:

  • You manage and structure real projects
  • Products (SaaS or Games) go live
  • You receive your pre-agreed share of the generated revenue

This is not a co-founder role and not an equity offer.

It is a straightforward collaboration model for professionals who prefer impact and ownership over corporate hierarchy.

If this approach aligns with you, please continue reading.

About Us

We are TINK TEAM LTD, a UK-based technology company operating across two domains:

  1. SaaS products (monitoring, automation, and data-driven tools)
  2. Independent PC game development for the Steam platform

Our studio is currently running:

  • Several active SaaS projects
  • 6 PC game projects in parallel, focused on 3D gameplay, cinematic presentation, and modern Unity workflows

As we scale both sides of the business, we are looking for a strong, reliable Project Manager who can bring structure, prioritization, and delivery discipline across mixed technical and creative teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid–Senior Project Manager who can work remotely and part-time, overseeing:

  • SaaS product development cycles
  • Unity-based PC game development pipelines
  • Multiple teams working in parallel across 6 game projects

The role adapts based on experience:

  • Mid-Level PM: Execution-focused, sprint tracking, coordination

This is a hands-on delivery role, not a ceremonial PM position.

  • Keep priorities realistic and visible

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination (SaaS, software, or game development)

  • Comfortable managing multiple parallel projects
  • Calm, structured leadership style (no micromanagement)
