What you will be doing:

• Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to tackle complex search engine marketing challenges, leading efforts in optimization, experimentation, and performance measurement
• Design and analyse sophisticated A/B tests using causal inference frameworks to accurately measure incremental lift and attribution performance
• Develop predictive models that automate and optimise channel performance, budget allocation, and audience targeting across omnichannel platforms
• Continuously assess and refine model performance, adapting methodologies as marketing platforms and business objectives evolve

What you will bring:

• Strong hands-on data science background with proven success deploying machine learning models into production at scale
• Strong Python and SQL skills with an emphasis on code quality and maintainability. You'll also bring hands-on experience with Git, code reviews, and testing frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Deep understanding of statistical and machine learning methodologies
