We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Salesforce & Mulesoft team.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- Coach delivery teams in Agile and Scrum best practices
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance
- Support delivery governance and reporting in a consulting environment
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master on integration or platform programs (MuleSoft highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery in complex, enterprise environments
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience working on public sector or government projects is highly regarded
- Work on a high-profile MuleSoft integration program
- Be part of a successful consulting practice delivering complex transformation projects
