- Based in the Gold Coast with flexible customer-led WFH arrangements (on-site presence required to support the customer as needed).
- Initial contract through September 2026 with extension options..
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT-enabled business change to implement an electronic rostering solution.
- Provide leadership and ownership of the local implementation plan aligned to the broader program rollout plan.
- Implement and manage appropriate program governance and project management in line with the organisation’s PMO framework.
- Work closely with program stakeholders (including change and solution specialists) to deliver local engagement activities and solution requirements in line with the program methodology.
- Develop project plans and apply appropriate project management tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality outcomes are delivered.
- Monitor, control and report on implementation performance against plans, deliverables and schedules; manage resources and finance within agreed tolerances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels to support adoption and manage expectations.
- Represent the project at senior levels and establish productive partnerships with vendors and stakeholders across both local and statewide delivery teams.
