About the Role:

The L2 Network Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our network systems. You will support network operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with other IT teams to implement network solutions. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that our network remains secure, stable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network issues.
• Perform network upgrades and optimizations.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network operations.
• Conduct regular network performance assessments.
• Implement and enforce network security protocols.
• Maintain documentation related to network configurations and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex network issues.
