Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze functional requirements from business, IT, and security stakeholders
- Define and document functional specifications for the SailPoint IdentityIQ solution
- Design and improve IAM/IAG processes (identity lifecycle, JML, access governance, workflows, certifications, SoD)
- Collaborate with technical teams on SailPoint IIQ 8.4 configuration and implementation
- Support integration with target systems (AD, LDAP, business applications, Windows/Unix/Mainframe)
- Participate in functional testing and UAT activities
- Support key users and contribute to change management
- Prepare functional documentation and user guides
- Provide post–go-live functional support
- Contribute to ongoing MVP releases and future solution enhancements
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (8.x, preferably 8.4)
- Solid expertise in IAM / IAG (RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle, access governance, compliance)
- Functional analysis, requirements gathering, and specification writing
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Experience in complex, multi-application environments
- Knowledge of access management across various platforms and systems
- Familiarity with process modeling and information security processes
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Autonomous, structured, and quality-focused working style
- Strong problem-solving, influencing, and collaboration skills
