Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze functional requirements from business, IT, and security stakeholders
  • Define and document functional specifications for the SailPoint IdentityIQ solution
  • Design and improve IAM/IAG processes (identity lifecycle, JML, access governance, workflows, certifications, SoD)
  • Collaborate with technical teams on SailPoint IIQ 8.4 configuration and implementation
  • Support integration with target systems (AD, LDAP, business applications, Windows/Unix/Mainframe)
  • Participate in functional testing and UAT activities
  • Support key users and contribute to change management
  • Prepare functional documentation and user guides
  • Provide post–go-live functional support
  • Contribute to ongoing MVP releases and future solution enhancements


Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (8.x, preferably 8.4)
  • Solid expertise in IAM / IAG (RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle, access governance, compliance)
  • Functional analysis, requirements gathering, and specification writing
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
  • Experience in complex, multi-application environments
  • Knowledge of access management across various platforms and systems
  • Familiarity with process modeling and information security processes
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Autonomous, structured, and quality-focused working style
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing, and collaboration skills
