Alma’s Developer Program 2026 Is a Nine‑month Paid Internship Designed For People Starting Their Career In Software, Data, Or AI Development. We Are Looking For Talents With 0–5 Years Of Experience In Fields Such As
We are looking for new talents to join our offices in Helsinki or Tampere. At Alma, we offer you flexible working hours, hybrid working model and the possibility to work part-time if needed. Alma-house in Helsinki and Siperia in Tampere are both accessible workspaces. Finnish language skills are advantage but not required in all teams.
Technologies we use
Alma uses modern, highly automated development environments. Technologies vary by team, and you’ll have real influence on the tools and approaches used in your projects. When building user interfaces for web ReactJS is almost a de facto JavaScript UI library of choice and its React Native counterpart chosen for mobile applications. As programming languages go, TypeScript, Go and/or Java are most used ones (with some PHP, C# and Ruby here and there) for web applications. Whereas Python and SQL dominates in context of data science and data engineering. We build on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, with code changes deployed through automated CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline. We use real-time analytics and A/B testing to validate decisions and continuously improve the user experience. In go-to-market–focused teams, you work with platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, building integrations, automations, data models and AI-powered workflows.
