The Role
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Manager to own and evolve core features of our mobile app. You'll drive product strategy, discovery, and execution in a flat, high-velocity startup environment—no hierarchies, no wasted time on reporting. Instead, solve real problems with engineers, designers, and growth thinkers to boost engagement, retention, and monetization while keeping the UX delightful and addictive.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll leverage AI to accelerate everything from research to prototyping, ensuring we ship fast and iterate even faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product discovery, prioritization, and roadmapping for features that enhance social sharing, gamification, group buying, and user rewards to maximize retention and viral growth.
- Run user research, A/B tests, and deep analytics to make data-driven decisions that balance exceptional UX with strong business KPIs (e.g., conversion, LTV, daily active users).
- Collaborate cross-functionally in agile sprints to launch high-impact updates at startup speed.
- Use AI tools aggressively to 10x your productivity, whether generating insights from user feedback, prototyping wireframes, automating competitive analysis, or personalizing experiences.
- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging tech and refine mechanics that push performance (ethically, with proven dark patterns where they drive results without eroding trust).
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping successful consumer-facing products, ideally mobile apps.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment. You thrive in ambiguity, rapid pivots, and wearing multiple hats.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Grok, Google AI Studio, n8n workflows, or custom agents) to dramatically accelerate workflows, research, and iteration. You actively use AI to 10x yourself.
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with SQL (or know how to ask AI to write performant SQL for you) and tools like BigQuery, Amplitude, or similar for creating charts, making dashboards and turning data into storytelling and decisions.
- Excellent communication in English to write specs and align technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in e-commerce, social platforms, gamification, or cross-border retail.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and UX principles for tight collaboration with designers.
- Familiarity with task management tools (Linear)
