An Azure Software Architect plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud solutions using the Microsoft Azure platform. This position requires technical expertise to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cloud solutions on the Azure platform.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize and maintain existing Azure implementations.
- Uphold security standards and best practices in solution design.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Create detailed architectural documentation and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services and management tools.
- Proficiency in software development and architectural design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, including orchestration.
- Understanding of the retail industry and its unique requirements.
- Experience with microservices architecture and implementation.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing Azure SQL databases and hybrid environments.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Background in the healthcare or commerce sectors.
