We are looking for you,
Summer Trainee, M&S Marketing, Baltics (B2C & B2B)
to our Marketing team at Neste Marketing & Services business unit in Tallinn, Estonia/Riga, Latvia.
Our team is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, setting targets and measuring as well as analyzing their impact. We are ambitious in building and maintaining a strong, consistent brand across a wide range of online and offline channels, while driving thought leadership in sustainability and circular solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of experts in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, including sales, customer service, IT and digital development, product management team and other internal stakeholders. You will report to M&S B2C Marketing Manager, Baltics.
Your role in our team
- Web Migration Support: Play a key role in transitioning our web presence in Baltics, ensuring content integrity and seamless user experiences.
- Gamification: Assist in the design and launch of interactive digital games using specialized gamification platforms to drive customer engagement and data collection.
- Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with advertising agencies, printing houses and logistics partners.
- Internal support tasks: Support in presentation preparation, report on competitor activities, etc.
- Relevant university studies in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with web-platforms - updating and creating content.
- Previous experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or digital marketing is considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of social media channels and digital metrics.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A sharp eye for detail and basic visual skills to support marketing material production.
- A proactive, positive, and independent “can do” attitude.
- Creativity and the ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Interest in measuring and analyzing the impact of marketing activities.
