We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:
- Fully own and manage the Development Team’s backlog, prioritizing items to best achieve both short-term and long-term Product goals.
- Ensure Product Backlogs are transparent and clear to stakeholders, showing what Development Teams will be working on next.
- Identify dependencies with other Product Teams and coordinate necessary changes with fellow Product Managers.
- Manage Product Development cycles, starting from scopes handed over by Product Directors, continuing with requirement analysis, definition and refinement of Epics and User Stories, verifying against acceptance criteria, preparing user documentation, and communicating product releases.
- Plan Business Milestones according to company priorities.
- Optimize the value of work performed by Development Teams, striving to maximize business value on both Commercial and Technical projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert in your Product domain.
- A proven track record of working in Product Management for at least 2+ years.
- Experience in managing back-end products.
- Passion for the Product Management discipline and the ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of Product Management methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience working with dispersed and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to change and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
- A “can-do” attitude and a passion for making things happen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in English.

- A Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
