As a product owner within our digital impulse team, you will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will not just manage a backlog; you will orchestrate the growth strategy of digital solutions, ensuring that every feature delivered creates maximum value for our clients. Job Description
As a product owner within our digital impulse team, you will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will not just manage a backlog; you will orchestrate the growth strategy of digital solutions, ensuring that every feature delivered creates maximum value for our clients. Your ability to make decisive trade-offs and lead with a practical execution mindset will be key to driving meaningful digital transformation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy;
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery;
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria;
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team;
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective sessions from a product perspective;
- Make decisive trade-offs regarding scope, budget, and timeline
What we're looking for
Must-have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a product owner in digital transformation contexts;
- Proven expertise in backlog prioritization techniques (e.g., moscow, kano, wsjf) and roadmap planning;
- Fluent in both french and english (spoken and written);
- Deep experience with agile delivery (scrum, kanban, safe);
- Proficiency with backlog management tools such as jira and/or azure devops;
- Proven experience in a second specialisation such as UX/UI, data analytics, business analysis, presales, or sector advisory;
Nice-to-have:
- Education: Academic background in business, management, it, engineering, or equivalent;
- Certifications: Certifications in pspo, cspo, safe po/pm or equivalent;
- Sector knowledge: Experience working across both private and public sector organisations or industry-specific expertise (e.g., finance, public sector);
- Product analytics: Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., google analytics, power bi).
