Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Vue.js Developer (Vue 3) to design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, RESTful API integration, and Agile delivery, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end applications using Vue.js (Vue 3).
- Design and build reusable, modular, and efficient UI components.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend development teams.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and well-tested code.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across multiple browsers and environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of front-end architecture and development practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest Vue.js and front-end technology trends.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall front-end development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Vue.js (Vue 3).
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling.
- Experience integrating and consuming RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum ways of working.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent Dutch language skills (mandatory).
