What will you do?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage large, complex, and top priority end-to-end projects within our Amsterdam Innovation Center (AIC). The AIC of RENOLIT Healthcare is located close to Schiphol Airport and has an office, production test and start up facilities and its own advanced polymer science laboratory. The projects are related to core business innovation, new business innovation and process and technology innovation. In other words, you will have a strong impact on innovation within our organization.

As the dedicated Senior Project Manager of our AIC, you will be:

  • Building and managing multiple project teams through the project life cycle and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • End responsible for strategic decision making and implementation of projects (timelines, budget and quality)
  • Building the Senior Project Manager function in our AIC in collaboration with our Head of Global R&D and Innovation
  • Identifying risks within your projects by using FMEA and developing mitigating measures
  • Sharing best practices with other PMO colleagues working at other RENOLIT Healthcare sites

Wat wij verwachten

What are we looking for in a Senior Project Manager?

Level of experience

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management, including 3 years on a senior level in terms of position or projects.
  • Strong experience with managing complex project deliverables from A to Z
  • Working experience in life sciences or another regulated production environment
  • It is a plus if you have experience with stage gates
  • Preferably, you have worked in an international organization

Level of education

  • Bachelors’ degree (hbo or wo), ideally related to a technical or medical field
  • It is a plus if you have followed a project management course (PMP, Prince2, IPMA e.g.)

Do you also recognize yourself in the following requirements?

  • You are a people leader and able to manage diverse teams of specialists
  • You feel comfortable to make decisions and request deliverables from others to meet deadlines
  • Capable to communicate and engage with a variety of people, both internally and externally to ensure a constructive working environment
  • Excellent command of English, in both speaking and writing
