You will be working in a direction that is primarily focused on high-tech developments for the US client in the consulting and financial domains. All projects are aimed at optimizing business processes, ensuring maximum efficiency in work, and helping the client to automate and improve their internal processes. Our team specializes in the use of advanced technologies and, at certain stages of project development, actively utilizes the latest advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

You will be working in a direction that is primarily focused on high-tech developments for the US client in the consulting and financial domains. All projects are aimed at optimizing business processes, ensuring maximum efficiency in work, and helping the client to automate and improve their internal processes. Our team specializes in the use of advanced technologies and, at certain stages of project development, actively utilizes the latest advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with .NET (6.0+ or .NET Core 3+ / C# 8.0+) in enterprise environment
- Understanding of OOP design principles and patterns, REST
- Enterprise experience in backend web development with .NET (.NET Core), Web API, ADO.NET
- Understanding of Web App lifecycle in different hosting environments, as well as security and error handling
- Experience with SQL and no-SQL databases (MSSQL, Cosmos DB, Redis), ORMs (Entity Framework)
- AI experience (LLMs - OpenAI or similar, Azure AI Search)
- Basic understanding of RAG technique
- Experience in programmatic document manipulation (MS Office documents)
- Experience with Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Experience in working within an agile software development team
- Experience in coding on other languages like Python, JavaScript etc
- Develop new features
- Analyze requirements and clarify with BSA
- Participate in grooming, estimation, and planning sessions
- Collaborate with other team members (FE, QA, TDM, BSA, Architect)
- Support existing functionality, refactoring, and bug-fixing
- Build and deliver complex features with confidence You take ownership of major parts of a project, building advanced features that meet both technical and business needs.
- Make smart technical decisions and contribute to design discussions You can design and implement solutions independently, and you help shape system architecture to support scalability and long-term goals.
- Support and mentor junior developers You share your experience with less-experienced teammates, offering guidance on code quality, design choices, and development best practices.
