We are looking for a Cybersecurity professional with experience in Offensive Security and Pentesting to join a dynamic team and collaborate in the organization, coordination, and execution of security tests.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
• Experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or vulnerability management environments;
• Solid understanding of Pentest processes, both manual and automated;
• Experience or strong interest in automation, scripting, and offensive security tools;
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate technical activities across multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to produce clear technical and process documentation;
• Autonomous, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

• Support the organization and planning of Pentests in collaboration with the offensive security team;
• Prepare testing environments, including accounts, roles, permissions, and target system identification;
• Organize and lead kick-off meetings and Pentest scope definition sessions;
• Collect and validate technical prerequisites to accelerate Pentest delivery;
• Coordinate Pentest logistics, including kick-off meetings and final restitution sessions;
• Support the operation and continuous delivery of the automated Pentest platform;
• Onboard new applications into the automated Pentest solution, managing stakeholders and onboarding workflows;
• Maintain and document standard onboarding and operational processes;
• Contribute to offensive security testing, including automated and blackbox Pentests;
• Act as an enabler between other teams and business stakeholders.
