We are looking for a Mid/Senior Scrum Master with strong Agile/Scrum and Change Management capabilities to help teams deliver value efficiently and adopt continuous improvement practices.

Languages:

• French (Level B2 minimum)
• English (Level C1)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective, Refinement) and ensure effective team cadence.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile (Scrum) principles and promote a high-performing, self-organizing team culture.
• Drive change management by supporting adoption of Agile ways of working, managing resistance, and enabling stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and remove impediments; proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers.
• Support Product Owners and teams to improve backlog clarity, prioritization, and delivery outcomes.
• Track progress using Agile metrics and ensure transparent communication and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mid/Senior-level experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile – Scrum and hands-on facilitation/coaching experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Change Management (driving adoption, process improvement, stakeholder engagement).
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).
