We are seeking a motivated junior professional eager to embark on a comprehensive training program, gain hands-on experience in various aspects of operations management, and receive mentorship to build a successful career in the financial industry.
This role goes beyond traditional execution—it requires a critical thinker with a process improvement mindset and basic IT fluency. The ideal candidate will not only perform operational tasks but also challenge existing workflows, propose enhancements, and contribute to the digital transformation of the Operations Department.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform all payments execution and control including confirmation and payment control
- Perform all correspondent’s operational execution and control
- Perform all confirmations and documents processing
- Develop strong knowledge of all types of financial instruments and cash flows
- Support the team in other relevant matters
- Critically assess operational processes and suggest improvements
- Collaborate on automation initiatives and dashboard development
- Engage with IT and process teams to enhance operational efficiency
Academic Background
- A degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or Information Systems will be a plus
- Professional interest in the banking area, particularly in Operations Departments
- Strong motivation for learning and professional development
- Exposure to process design, automation tools, or IT systems is highly valued
Relevant Skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sense of precision, organization, responsibility, and autonomy
- Communication capabilities and teamwork spirit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to challenge the status quo and propose process enhancements
- Genuine interest in digital assets and basic technical knowledge about cryptocurrencies / blockchain in general
