Accountabilities
- Design UX/UI across native iOS and/or Android applications.
- Own design work from problem definition to delivery.
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Collaborate with product and development teams during the design process.
- Utilize analytics and testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Ensure brand consistency and a high standard of visual design across products.
- Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping.
- Experience designing native mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of design systems and UX/UI principles.
- Experience in agile and sprint-based environments, including JIRA.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design.
