This role sits within a collaborative, process-driven HR Operations team and offers a strong entry point for someone looking to build experience in a structured HR environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring reference letters are produced accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal processes. This is a coordination-focused position rather than an HR advisory role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end reference letter process
- Track progress and follow up with managers to ensure timely completion
- Send reminders and manage documentation workflows
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Support process consistency and accuracy during peak periods
Skills & Competencies
- Strong comfort working across multiple digital systems
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident managing coordination tasks and chasing updates
- Collaborative mindset — especially when it comes to proofreading or cross-checking documents

- English and German required
