HR Operations Coordinator (Interim – 8 Months)

A leading global biopharmaceutical organisation is seeking three HR Operations Coordinators to support a high‑volume project focused on reference letter management. This role sits within a collaborative, process-driven HR Operations team and offers a strong entry point for someone looking to build experience in a structured HR environment.


You will play a key role in ensuring reference letters are produced accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal processes. This is a coordination-focused position rather than an HR advisory role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end reference letter process
  • Track progress and follow up with managers to ensure timely completion
  • Send reminders and manage documentation workflows
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Support process consistency and accuracy during peak periods


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong comfort working across multiple digital systems
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Confident managing coordination tasks and chasing updates
  • Collaborative mindset — especially when it comes to proofreading or cross-checking documents


Languages

  • English and German required
  • Strength in one language is perfectly acceptable — the team supports each other
