  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate selection.
  • Analyze the recruitment effect and continuously optimize the recruitment process and strategy.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  1. Local HR Compliance:
  • Ensure recruitment and daily HR compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  1. HR and Administrative Support:
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide necessary administrative support to Romania teams


Job Requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in human resources, statistics, business administration or psychology.

2. At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for high-end positions, with overseas recruiting experience preferred.

3. Fluent in English and able to communicate in interviews without difficulty.

4. Communication skills, strong planning, logical thinking, high sense of responsibility and teamwork.
