The platform is built using the Unity game engine and modern web graphics APIs (WebGPU/WebGL), and it incorporates AI-powered features for enhanced interactive experiences and realistic environments.


About the Role 

We are looking for a Real-Time 3D Artist specialized in Unity to create optimized assets for web-based products and interactive online 3D environments. The role focuses on building game-ready, performance-efficient content for browser deployment (WebGL / WebGPU), with a strong emphasis on realistic architectural and real-estate driven spaces.

You will create assets across different environment scales, including realistic interiors, property-based spaces, and architectural-style locations, based on real-world references and source materials. A solid understanding of architectural drawings and documentation is required to accurately translate layouts, proportions, and spatial logic into optimized real-time assets.

The position also involves creating props and modular elements while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate modeling, texturing, and production without compromising performance or visual realism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create optimized real-time 3D assets for Unity WebGPU.
  • Model modular environments, props, and architectural-style spaces.
  • Prepare assets following game-ready workflows (low poly, clean topology, efficient UVs).
  • Perform UV unwrapping and texture optimization for web performance.
  • Set up materials in Unity using PBR and lightweight shaders.
  • Optimize geometry and textures to reduce draw calls and loading times.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate modeling, texturing, and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure assets perform well in browser builds.
  • Maintain organized asset structures and follow pipeline standards.


Must-Have Requirements

  • 4+ years experience creating game-ready 3D assets.
  • Proven experience working directly in Unity.
  • Experience preparing assets specifically for WebGL or WebGPU builds.
  • Strong understanding of optimization for web (polycount, textures, batching).
  • Solid UV workflow and texture packing skills.
  • Proficiency in Blender and/or 3ds Max.
  • Experience using AI tools in the 3D pipeline.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).


Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience with Unity 3D, especially WebGL or WebGPU builds.
  • Experience or background in Real Estate, Architecture.
  • Experience working on online 3D games or browser-based real-time environments.
  • Basic technical art or engine-side optimization experience.
