The project's goal is to transofmr the standard Bank change management process by:
The IT analyst will be directly reporting to the project manager (likely to work closely with the Product Owner too) and will be responsible for:
Hybrid: possibility to work remotely up to 60%.
The project's goal is to transofmr the standard Bank change management process by:
- evaluating needs and capabilities of different Bank areas, domains, units, teams, projects etc.
- introducing customized approaches toward change management process (e.g. introducing local CABs, delegating higher authority to local CABs, delegation/ decentralization of risk acceptance)
The IT analyst will be directly reporting to the project manager (likely to work closely with the Product Owner too) and will be responsible for:
- facilitating internal workshops with various stakeholders
- defining recommendations for change management customization
- collecting the requirements, transforming them into user stories and other tasks
- providing and updating project and operational documentation (e.g. Process librabry - a Confluence-based one stop shop for most IT/ ITIL processes)
- other typical project tasks
- Change management proficiency
- Requirements analysis and definition
- Jira and Confluence operational proficiency
- good at other ITIL practices, especially incident and problem management
- familiar with BMC Helix platform
