Cropy AI is revolutionizing automotive listings with AI that turns outdoor car photos into consistent, studio-quality visuals for dealerships, distributors, auction platforms, and classifieds. With 30+ countries using our app, customers standardize every listing by replacing backgrounds and placing brand logos on plates/backgrounds for a clean, unified look—at scale.

We’re hiring a Senior React Native Developer (3+ years) to actively drive the end-to-end development of our mobile application and deliver a fast, reliable, and polished product. We are particularly looking for a talented developer who has sufficient experience in competitive programming (algorithms & data structure) as well.

What You Should Know

• React Native (modern versions) with TypeScript
• State management & architecture (Redux/Zustand, navigation patterns, modular design)
• Performance & memory profiling on iOS/Android (smooth UX on large images, caching strategies to reduce cellular data usage)
• Gesture & animation stacks (React Native Gesture Handler, Reanimated)
• Canvas/GPU rendering experience (e.g., React Native Skia or GL/canvas alternatives)
• Native modules/bridges (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java) for camera, image I/O, and performance-critical paths
• Networking & storage (secure uploads, retries/resumable flows, offline-first)
• Testing & delivery (Jest/Detox, CI/CD, crash/analytics instrumentation)
• Release management for App Store / Play Console
• Algorithms & Data Structure (tree & graph algorithms, shortest path, dynamic programming, strong problem-solving skills)

Nice to Have

• Camera stacks (e.g., react-native-vision-camera), EXIF/metadata, basic color management
• Image processing concepts (gamma exposure, tint, brightness changes)
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations via APIs or on-device frameworks

Role & Working Style

• Type: Part-Time, On-site
• Scope: Contribute across the mobile app—architecture, features, performance, and releases.
