Job Overview
The Senior Talent Management Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating enterprise-wide performance management programs and initiatives.
In this role reporting to the Director, Talent Management & Learning, you will interact with People Partners and business leaders to identify needs and support and advise on scalable solutions. The focus is to develop all levels of talent to expand DN employee and manager capabilities in support of strategic priorities and business goals.
This role will be help empower employees to continuously perform and develop through a variety of methods and modalities. This role will also be responsible for coaching, content curation, facilitation, building upon and working within existing frameworks, tools, and resources that support organizational success.
Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Planning
- Partner with HR leadership, internal communications, and business units to design and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support workforce planning initiatives to ensure future talent needs are met.
- Facilitate succession planning processes for critical roles.
- Support talent review capabilities and programs
- Oversee performance management programs, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives.
- Provide guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and development conversations.
- Analyze talent metrics (e.g., bench strength, readiness, diversity) and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for HR leadership and executives.
- Collaborate with HR Technology Team to ensure system capabilities match business requirements
- Create materials to support adoption of all talent management programs (training materials, executive summaries, and dashboards)
- Facilitate talent assessments to foster growth and development amongst teams and leaders (e.g. DISC, CliftonStrengths, 360s)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, I/O Psychology or similar fields
- Experience in organizational development, talent development, talent management, corporate communications and change management
- Talent management program experience with strong facilitation across multiple levels, including frontline employees up to executive management
- Experience crafting and executing talent and performance strategies for a global organization
- Exceptional facilitation skills and ability to adapt based on the audience’s needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Oracle HCM
- Fluency in English
- Master’s degree in human resources, organizational development or industrial psychology
- Certification in CliftonStrengths, Everything DISC, and other talent assessments
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills
- Familiarity in leveraging AI to improve talent management programs and automation
- Experience in a global workforce with geographically dispersed employees.

The monthly base salary range for this position is 8,600.00 PLN Gross to 12,200.00 PLN Gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
