We are looking for a skilled Information Security Manager to become an integral part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's security processes and strategies. Your focus will be on ensuring the robustness and reliability of our security posture, managing security risks, and enhancing our overall security framework.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security processes and strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and oversee security operations, including SIEM, Firewall, IDS, IPS, Antivirus, XDR, DLP, Mail GW, Cloud Security, NAC, EDR, and PAM systems.
• Examine, identify, resolve, and manage security risks across the organization.
• Actively participate in penetration testing processes, including reporting and remediation.
• Develop and maintain necessary processes and procedures for securing network infrastructures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security measures into all aspects of the business.
• Maintain and optimize security in Amazon Cloud and other non on-premises cloud architectures.
• Lead and manage the security team, ensuring effective planning, organization, and coordination.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies, particularly in blockchain security.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar information security management role.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in brokerage firms or cryptocurrency exchanges is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networks and systems.
• Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC).
• Familiarity with Amazon Cloud, Huawei Cloud and other cloud infrastructures.
• Proven ability in team management, planning, organization, and coordination.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eager to develop expertise in blockchain technologies security.
• Resides in Istanbul.
