Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator to manage and support enterprise data center and network infrastructure. The role involves handling critical network operations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support production network environments for large enterprises
• Handle data center network operations and critical incidents
• Troubleshoot escalated (L3) network issues
• Support network design, migration, upgrades, and capacity planning
• Participate in major changes, risk assessment, and service improvement initiatives
• Create technical documentation and status reports
• Work closely with stakeholders and support business requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with enterprise data center networks
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus, ACI, routers, and switches
• Experience with routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, VRF, QoS)
• Network troubleshooting at L2/L3 levels
• Knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, NTP
• Experience with network migration and infrastructure upgrades
• Familiarity with wireless networking and monitoring tools

Nice to Have

• SD-WAN experience (Viptela, SilverPeak, VeloCloud, CloudGenix)
• Knowledge of SDN / NSX-T
• Network security experience (ASA, Juniper firewalls)
• Wireless network design and implementation
