Job Title: Network & Database Administrator
Location: Gdansk, Poland - Hybrid: 2-3 Days to Office Every Week
Duration: 6 Months - Extendable

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Network & Database Administrator to support and manage enterprise production network environments and mission-critical applications. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, escalated incident handling, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise production network environments (100+ users)
- Operate and maintain data center and branch office networks
- Handle L3/L4 escalated incidents and critical outages
- Participate in major changes, risk assessments, and migrations
- Design, upgrade, and migrate network infrastructure
- Create performance, capacity, and availability reports
- Maintain technical documentation and support transition activities
- Work with business stakeholders and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Cisco Data Center & Enterprise Networking
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus and ACI (design, configuration, troubleshooting)
- In-depth knowledge of routing & switching (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VRF)
- Experience with L2/L3, QoS, EtherChannel, First Hop Redundancy protocols
- Network services: DNS, DHCP, NAT, NTP
- Experience with wireless networks, controllers, and access points
- Ability to provide 3rd-level network support
- Familiarity with network optimization tools (Riverbed, Cisco WAAS)
Nice to Have
- Experience with SD-WAN (Viptela, CloudGenix, SilverPeak, VeloCloud)
- Exposure to NSX-T / SDN technologies
- Network security experience (Cisco ASA, Juniper Firewalls)
- Wireless network design and implementation
