We are seeking a strategic Senior Network & Security Engineer to lead our architectural designs and drive the security transformation of our managed network systems. This role will focus on ensuring business continuity, optimizing data center performance, and aligning our technical infrastructure with our innovative business objectives.

Job Description

• Analyzing events in the managed network infrastructure and taking necessary actions,
• Preparation, updating and follow-up of network topologies, procedures and instructions,
• Managing and monitoring the data center network infrastructure, keeping the network equipment used up-to-date and secure,
• Lead the planning of architectural designs and implementation of changes,
• Conducting feasibility studies for the new locations of the company's subsidiaries, architectural design, product list and project follow-up to activate the locations,
• Operation, management or support of audio and video communication systems,
• Preferably with load balancer management and troubleshooting experience (Citrix is preferred)
• Taking part in infrastructure projects of the Holding and its subsidiaries, (remote)
• Ensuring the security of company employees' network access and wireless networks,
• Realizing the operation and management of wide area networks (WAN, internet),
• Taking part as a team member in Information Technologies projects, supporting other teams within the framework of the job description, ensuring the management of company network and system assets in accordance with defined policies,
• To ensure that all changes to be made in network security components are planned, organized and implemented,
• Supporting the analysis, improvement and solution of problems encountered in the network infrastructure,
• Planning architectural changes to strengthen security structures in existing systems,To take measures to control and mitigate the impact of events that may interrupt business continuity, to prepare alternative plans and to ensure that critical documents are kept up-to-date and reported

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Math Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline
• Experienced at least 6 years in the installation, configuration, and management of network and security devices such as Switch, Router, AP, Firewall , Load Balancers, corporate security products such as Proxy, VPN, NAC, Cloud Networking
• Experienced in using Routing Protocols ((Layer-2/3 VPN), QoS, LDP, BGP etc.),
• Experienced in using Local Area Network (LAN) protocols (VLANs, MST, VTP, dot1Q, MLAG, VRRP, etc.)
• Experienced in Network Access Security protocols and technologies (AAA, ACL, DHCP Snooping, Port Security, IPsec, etc.)
• Experienced in Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies (SD-WAN, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, DSL, ATM, PPP, etc.)
• Experience with network management applications (NTP, SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, SSH, etc.)
• Experience with network monitoring applications (PRTG, Zabbix etc.)
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Deep technical knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, LAN Switching, VPN, 802.1x, NAC, Wi-Fi, RADIUS, Proxy
• Aruba Wireless LAN Controller experience
• Familiar and experienced with analysis software (Wireshark)
• To analyze and solve the problems that occur in the network infrastructure
• To determine the technical requirements according to customer needs in our company's Network projects, to be able to determine the detailed scope of the project, to take part in the design and development of the project
• Physical and logical planning, installation, and management of communication infrastructures required by corporate applications
• Monitoring the systems regularly and ensuring their continuity, receiving instant and periodic reports, analyzing them and reporting them appropriately to the management
• Training the operation teams, ensuring 24/7 serviceability
• Identifying and resolving potential performance problems
• Ensuring physical and cyber security of systems
• Designing policies, standards, and processes related to system management
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours
• No travel restrictions

Nice to have

• Having CCNP, PCNSE, NSE7 or equivalent certificates,
• Knowledge and experience in disaster recovery technologies,
• Knowledge and experience in LoadBalancer Technology (Citrix, F5 and LTM, APM, WAF modules)
• Able to keep up with the intense work tempo, and adapt to flexible working hours advanced analysis skills and high problem-solving speed, strong follow-up and proactive, well-developed reporting skills, Compatible with teamwork, solution-oriented, business disciplined and open to development,
• Experienced in at least one of SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Zabbix, OpManager, and PRTG products, Algosec
• Knowledge of ITIL etc. service management systems,
• Competent in monitoring systems, solving problems, and producing alternative solutions.
