Projects Lead (Emirati Talent)
Contract Basis – 1 Year (Outsourced)

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Manage, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of assigned projects to ensure objectives are achieved in alignment with approved plans.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, output matrices, and ensure seamless coordination between project teams.
- Monitor progress, analyze operational risks and obstacles, and recommend corrective measures.
- Draft progress reports showcasing achievements, milestones, and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective collaboration between internal departments and formal coordination with external entities.
2. Licensing & Compliance
- Execute daily licensing activities for professionals and establishments in alignment with sector-specific compliance frameworks and federal regulatory standards.
- Analyze data, prepare periodic reports, and support informed decision‑making.
- Perform any duties delegated by the direct supervisor.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree.
- three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive.
- Passionate about development, service quality, and continuous improvement.
