You will be a vital member of the Customer Growth team, receiving mentorship while your code scales campaign delivery initiatives across the organization.

The salary range for this position is $85,000-100,000 CAD.

Flexible work at Priceline
Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.

In This Role, You Will Get To
- Develop High-Impact Web Assets: Code, test, and deploy responsive HTML/CSS landing pages and web/app integrations that directly drive customer acquisition and conversion.
- Work with Cutting-Edge Front-End Tech: Gain hands-on experience utilizing React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES2025) within a large-scale system.
- Optimize for Growth: Implement critical performance techniques, including A/B testing and dynamic personalization, to maximize conversion rates and support key growth objectives.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Marketing and Design teams to translate business campaign requirements into functional, tracked web solutions.
- Learn from Senior Engineers: Be mentored by experienced developers on architecture and best practices, accelerating your understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and scaling initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
- 2+ years of JavaScript along with experience working on a number of large-scale, consumer facing web projects.
- A Front-End Fundamentalist: You possess a foundational understanding and practical experience (1–2 years) with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and have exposure to a modern framework like React.
- A Team Player and Communicator: You excel at collaboration, are comfortable participating in PR cycles, and can clearly articulate technical ideas to both engineering peers and business stakeholders (Marketing, Design).
- Accountable and Eager to Learn: You take ownership of your tasks, are proficient with Git-based workflows (GitHub/Bitbucket), and are committed to consistently delivering tickets while seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement.
- Detail-Oriented Integrator: You are precise in your development, ensuring high quality, cross-client compatibility, and seamless integration of code with APIs and campaign management platforms.
