🌟 We're Hiring: Digital Product Designer (12-Month+ Contract | Toronto | 4 Days In-Office | 1 Day Remote)
We’re looking for a talented Digital Product Designer to join one of Canada’s most respected digital organizations. This is a chance to shape digital experiences used by millions while collaborating with a dynamic, cross-functional team in a hybrid work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead interaction design strategy, improving user experiences through research, ideation, and workshops.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts that communicate flows, touchpoints, and interactions.
- Facilitate usability testing, conduct research, and perform design audits to inform product decisions.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and act as a subject-matter expert for interaction design.

Must-Have:
- BA/BS in Design (Interaction, Visual, Product, Industrial), HCI, CS, or equivalent experience.

- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design strategy.
Nice-to-Have:
- MA/MS in Design or related field.
- Experience with research methods, agile teams, and large organizations.
- Appreciation for design thinking methodology.
