We are seeking a Reporting and Analytics Analyst with strong technical skills and a natural curiosity for data. This role will focus heavily on building, maintaining, and enhancing technical reports and dashboards, particularly using PowerBI, to support data-driven decisions-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong technology background, enjoys learning new tools, and excels at communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In This Role You Will
- Design, build, maintain technical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting.
- Document reporting logic, data sources, and methodologies for transparency and reuse.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, performance, and usability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks to meet the tight project timelines and prioritize the work efforts accordingly; proactive and thrives in a fast paced environment and working cross functionally
- Work as a liaison among various technology teams to ensure strategic alignment for the solutions being considered/implemented.
- Employ a variety of techniques to understand current state, business needs, and opportunities for change. These techniques could include research, data and process analysis, and independent assessment.
- Facilitating work sessions and meetings with stakeholders to present and validate findings, elicit requirements, and align on solutions.
- Experience with additional BI or analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, or similar)
- Exposure and knowledge of Cloud platforms, cloud architecture, and capabilities and processes like GCP, Azure
- Domain knowledge in Financial Services and Enterprise Functions
- Experience and enjoys supporting corporate creative initiatives that foster culture and team bonding, leveraging skills in community building, communication, creative ideation, project coordination, design, and facilitation.
