About the Team:

The Sea Travel Desk is part of the Group COO Office and is responsible for the group-wide international travel policy and process.

Job Description:

  • Designing, maintaining, and ensuring group-wide compliance with the Sea International Travel Policy;
  • Processing requests for hotel and flight bookings in a timely and pragmatic manner in accordance with the Sea International Travel Policy;
  • Working closely with third-party vendors and booking agents to operationalize bookings;
  • Maintaining good and proper records of all travel requests and bookings for billing and management reporting purposes through the self-developed travel management system and purchasing system;
  • Addressing feedback and clarifications from travelers regarding their bookings;
  • Responding to after-hours travel emergencies and urgent requests;
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. travel policy refinement, frontend and backend system improvements, third-party contract negotiations, etc.)
  • Regular reporting to management on travel demand and patterns, as well as ad-hoc analysis when required; and
  • Other special projects pertaining to company travel policy and operations.

  • Work one weekend every 2 months (compensated with off-in-lieu)
