We are looking for a Web Designer who is passionate about user-centric design and responsive web experiences to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse digital projects and contribute creative ideas from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, mobile-first websites optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• Apply mobile-first CSS techniques and media queries to ensure consistent and seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
• Maintain and update stylesheets to ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to best practices.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Work closely with business users to translate business objectives and engagement goals into effective, user-focused design solutions.
• Ensure consistency of corporate identity and campaign branding across websites, digital platforms, and loyalty programs.
• Design and produce digital assets such as banners, email communications (EDMs), and promotional materials.
• Support functional and technical development by collaborating with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Convert visual designs into responsive, standards-compliant HTML and CSS.
• Create and maintain HTML templates for email marketing and web content.
• Apply strong HTML and CSS skills to deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Coordinate effectively with both local and offshore teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios demonstrating responsive and mobile-first design capabilities are also welcome.
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first web design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant web and digital design work.
